Harrison Instruments 90 Day Limited Parts Warranty

Whereas the term "part(s)" shall refer to a single item or multiple items, Harrison Instruments Corporation ("Harrison Instruments") warrants part(s) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from date of receipt, provided, however, that this limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is subject to the following conditions, exclusions and limitations hereinafter set forth:

This limited warranty shall be void and of no effect, if:

• The first purchase of the part(s) is for the purpose of resale; or
• The original purchase of the part(s) is not made from Harrison Instruments; or
• The part(s) have been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper maintenance, or other causes.

All costs of shipping the part(s) to Harrison Instruments for repair or replacement will be paid by you, the purchaser. If the defect can be remedied under this limited warranty and other terms and conditions expressed herein have been complied with, Harrison Instruments will repair or replace the part(s), at our option, without charge, and will return the part(s) to you, the purchaser, freight paid. In the event Harrison Instruments determines that the returned part(s) are not defective, Harrison Instruments reserves the right to return the part(s) freight pre-paid by you, the purchaser.

Obtaining Warranty Service:

1. Contact Harrison Instruments and obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Ship the defective part(s), FREIGHT PREPAID and INSURED for its purchase value, to:

4. Include a complete return address and a daytime telephone number where you can be contacted.

Limitation of Liability

Harrison Instruments' liability to the purchaser from any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action, including negligence, is limited to the the amount of the original purchase price of the part(s) that caused the damage or that is the subject of or directly related to the cause of action.

Harrison Instruments does not assume liability for personal injury or property damage arising out of or caused by any or all alterations or attachments to its part(s) or products, nor does Harrison Instruments assume any responsibility for damage to interconnected non-Harrison Instruments part(s) or products that may result from the normal functioning and maintenance of Harrison Instruments part(s) or products.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL HARRISON INSTRUMENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR COLLATERAL, ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ITS PART(S) OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF HARRISON INSTRUMENTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE.
